Delivery & Returns
Orders are processed for delivery on working days Monday to Friday. You will receive an email once your order has been dispatched. We will deliver your products in accordance with the delivery option you selected at checkout.
Please note that we are unable to deliver to P.O. Box addresses.
We accept both Hong Kong/ Macao and the United Kingdom orders.
Hong Kong/ Macao :

For Hong Kong :
Free shipping for order above HK$500 /$30 will be charged for orders below HK$500
For Macao : Free shipping for order above HK$800 /$50 will be charged for orders below HK$800

2. Returning of products
We hope that you will be delighted with your order. However, should you wish to cancel your order or return goods that may have arrived damaged, or you are not satisfied with the products, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Please note that we will consider the condition of the products being returned when making a refund. We do not refund the original delivery charge or the return postage unless the products are damaged during shipping, defective, or the wrong product has been supplied.
Initiating a return
Step 1: Please email hello@nailmehk.com within 7 days of receiving your order and provide your order number, the goods you are returning, and the reasons why.
Step 2: We will send you a confirmation email, along with instructions and a return address. We recommend returning your items by registered delivery with a tracking number as we cannot be responsible for returned products that do not reach us.
Step 3: We will process your refund immediately after receiving the returned products. Please allow two weeks for the refund to post to your account.
